Behind the Scenes

A couple of weeks ago, my friend Sophie (also a Stylist) asked me and a pal if we would like to help her out on a video shoot she was styling.
The video was for R'n'B artist Aaron Soul, for his new song 'Oh it's her'.
(Aaron had a huge hit back in 2001 with 'Ring Ring Ring', which featured in the film, and on the soundtrack for Bridget Jones's Diary.)
We met up at 9am and had some breakfast, before going to top hair salon Harrington's in Bedford Place so the three girls who would be featuring in the video (one of whom was Sophie herself) could have their hair and make up done.
Soph had brought along suitcases of gorgeous clothes, and we soon came up with six unique looks for each girl, as they would have two different outfits each.
For the first few scenes, we had a 50's pin-up princess, an electric ethnic raver and a devilish dominatrix, before they changed into their second outfits which were completely different although in-keeping with their characters.
The hair and make up was amazing and really pulled the girls looks together.
Although i heard the song on repeat for ten hours, i still can't help but sing along to it when i hear it-It's sure to be a huge summer hit, and i can't wait to see the video!
