A couple of Sunday's ago, i went to London Fashion Weekend at Somerset House, boyfriend in tow. Sadly, i found it slightly boring, commercial and a little bit tacky. The show was ok. Not amazing, but ok. I didn't like the fact that every advert implored you to "buy ELLE magazine! try this hair style, it's so ELLE!" Just a tad gimmicky and not quite what i was expecting. Louise Roe was her usual stylish self however, wearing a lovely burnt orange coloured jump suit.The clothing and accessories being sold at the event were either still very expensive, or just scraping the barrel. I ended up buying a ring i didn't really want or need from jewelery stall Mawi just because i got over-taken by a desire to buy something.
Mr Fox looking all stylish...An upside to this weekend was the wonderful hotel we stayed in on Sunday night. Situated on a quiet little street in the heart of Mayfair, The Fox Club is a hidden gem.
It is a small, cosy, beautifully decorated hotel with friendly staff and is only a stones throw away from Somerset House.
